SHIPPING POLICY

Our dedicated team at Evaanthe, along with our courier partners, are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and on time.

Your orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of placement. While we deliver to every part of Sri Lanka, delivery may take 3-5 working days depending on the provided shipping address.

Due to high demand, delays may occur during promotional periods and festive seasons, which are beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to deliver all packages within our standard time frame. We appreciate your understanding about the delivery delays during these times.

Your delivery charges may vary based on the shipping address. The standard delivery charges for local orders are as follows:

• Colombo 1-15 -– LKR 250.00
• Colombo Suburbs – LKR 350.00
• Other areas – LKR 400.00

International Shipping

While our estimated delivery time frame for international shipping is 14 working days, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures and other factors. Shipping charges will vary depending on the shipping location.

Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country.

For all international orders, the shipping time is estimated from the date of shipment.
