Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Evaanthe, we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If a customer wishes to return a purchased item, they are eligible to do so under the following conditions:

  • A return is eligible if the item received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, or if the customer wishes to exchange the item (see Evaanthe Exchange Policy).
  • Customers must inform our team at Evaanthe of their wish to return an item within 4 days of receiving it, either through the same channel the order was placed or via our hotline at  +94 716000999
  • Once your request is reviewed and accepted by our team, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the item is received and inspected by our team.
  • Return items must be in their original condition with tags, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Returns for outlet purchases can only be processed through the outlet where the item was purchased and cannot be returned through online channels.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

 

International Returns

For international orders, returns will be accepted only if the received item is damaged, faulty, or the received item is incorrect from what you ordered.

  • Customers must inform us of their return request within 7 days of receiving the item through the same channel the order was placed or through one of these channels:
  • Once the return request is approved, our agents will provide you with a shipping address to return the item.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our agents. Return items must be in their original condition with tags, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Once eligible for an exchange, it will take around 10 working days for the exchange to be delivered.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Website and Online Purchases Exchange Policy. 

At Evaanthe, we believe in creating a great online and physical store shopping experience that is fun and hassle-free for all our customers so that they love shopping with us as much as they love our products. So, If a customer wishes to exchange a purchased item, we have an extremely convenient exchange policy for your benefit that you can follow in 3 easy steps! 

 

Step 1: 

Simply contact the Evaanthe Customer Care Team

  • Direct Messaging us on Instagram or Facebook  

Step 2: 

Once your request is acknowledged and approved by our Customer Care Team, we will place an exchange order on your behalf and note the items to be sent in exchange. The courier will pick up the exchange item from your doorstep and bring it to us for review. Return items must be in their original condition with tags, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for an exchange. Once we’ve reviewed the exchange item for quality and hygiene we will let you know if your exchange has been approved. 

Step 3: 

Once approved, our courier will deliver the fresh new item to your doorstep for your convenience.  

 

General Conditions for Web/ Online Exchange Policy

Exchanges are done strictly within 7 days after the delivery is completed

All items should be new, unused, and with all Evaanthe brand/price tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, unhygienic, soiled or altered may not be accepted and your exchange will be rejected.  

The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the Evaanthe store for inspection. The company requests the customer to ensure the items are packed and sealed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store. 

All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us to serve you better, but we request that all returned items should pass our inspection for the points mentioned above. 

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock. Further, Customers can opt for a different item of the same value or higher if the original item is unavailable in the desired size or color.

Please note that NO cash refunds or Store Credit Notes are extended to customers for any item exchanges.  

Under no circumstances can Bodysuit products be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. 

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case, you will not be entitled for an exchange and you will have to bear the courier charges for the pickup and return.

Please note that all exchanges will take 10 days to accommodate the courier return time, inspection time, product processing and courier delivery time. Your patience is highly appreciated.  

Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. 

Outlet purchases cannot be exchanged through online channels.

 

Physical Store Purchases – Exchanges  

All product exchanges are done strictly within 7 days of the garment being purchased at the physical store. The exchange item has to be accompanied strictly with the original receipt/bill of purchase.  

All items should be new, unused, and with all Evaanthe brand/price tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and your exchange will be rejected.  

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock. 

Please note that NO cash refunds or Store Credit Notes are extended to customers for any item exchanges.  

Under no circumstances can Bodysuit products be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. 

Sale Items purchased at the Physical Store cannot be exchanged. 

Please note that the final decision for exchange request is at the sole discretion of the Evaanthe Management. 

 

Common Rules 

Purchases made at the physical store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the physical store 

Purchases made online through the Evaanthe website CAN be exchanged at the Physical Store.  

 

International Exchange
